1st : Press Shift Key and Restart the Device
2nd : Open CMD
3rd : Type "Notepad" and Click to Enter
4th : Press "Ctrl+O" and Go to C Drive
5th : Go to "Windows" Folder
6th : Go to "System32" Folder
7th : Select "All Files" in Files Type/Format Option
8th : Search "Utilman" and Change the Rename It "Utilman 2"
9th : Search "CMD" and Change the Rename It "Utilman"
10th : Restart the Device and Click "Accessibility Icon"
11th : Type "net user" and Press Enter
12th : Type "net user (username) *" and Press Enter
13th : Press "Enter" and Press "Enter" and Press "Enter"
14th : Type "exit" and Press "Enter" Then Go to Next Icon with Blank Password
